Coasterpalooza II

Paramount's Great America hosted their 2nd annual Coasterpalooza event on June 16th, 2002. Coasterpalooza is open to everyone but usually attended by coaster enthusiasts. The park offers ERT on many coasters and ride and provides a back stage tour of the coaster shop and various rides.

Holiday Party 2002

Nor Cal ACE's holiday party is hosted by Richard Tuck at his El Cerrito home and business. His home, "It Must be Magic", and his business, "Playland not at the Beach", are highly decorated with coaster and park paraphernalia, not to mention some of the coolest assortment of vintage pinball machines. Food and gifts are exchanged during this holiday event that is a must attend for any Nor Cal member.

California State Fair 2002

Images from the 2002 California State Fair. Nor Cal ACE received early entry into the park and had ERT on the Hi-Miler and the Wilde Maus. The pay per ride attraction, Sling Shot was also free to anyone who braved the ride. There was also a behind the scene tour of the monorail maintenance area.
