Hey, everybody!
It’s me Nicholas Laschkewitsch, assistant regional representative for the American Coaster Enthusiasts, Northern California region! With the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk being my local park, I thought it would be a no-brainer to continually check out the construction of their new-for-2013 coaster, UNDERTOW! I will be making a trek down to the park each week, starting in a couple days, to capture the ride’s construction from start to finish. It will obviously be many weeks until completion, but that makes it more fun!
Occasional videos and such will be posted on our YouTube channel and linked here as those are produced. Until then, check out these pieces of concept art for UNDERTOW below. Look out for the first batch of photos later today, Monday, September 10! Thanks for reading! —Nicholas Laschkewitsch
